If you have a specific idea of what you’d like to discuss or work through, please communicate that at the beginning of your session. Here are some ideas of things I can help you with:

  • Eliminating one or more anxiety triggers
  • Learning the root cause of anxiety
  • Learning how to eliminate anxiety triggers

Non-anxiety related things I can help with:

  • Self-awareness building sessions to uncover questions like “Am I doing something that I want to do or am I living my life according to standards and influence from external sources?
  • You may want to talk through some philosophical questions like “Why do humans sometimes care what people think?” or “Do the perceptions of others really matter?”
  • If you have a situation where you’re struggling to make any next steps, I can help you identify the beliefs, fears, and assumptions that are likely making it difficult for you to make a decision. Some example situations are: how to handle an argument, relationship interactions, negotiating with someone, etc.
