Why do we get anxious? Proof included

It may sound nonsensical or controversial, but I’ll prove with a real-life counseling session of mine–used throughout this article–that we get anxious because we unknowingly or knowingly think we should be anxious about whatever we’re anxious about. Note: This article is not speaking on anxiety that has physiological causes like low blood sugar.
