Although I believe that improving your anxiety and mental health has inherent benefits like more internal peace, I do what I do so people can also become forces.
A force is someone who lives in alignment with who they are. By this, I mean they know their likes, dislikes, and the problems they truly care about solving. A force honors this self-knowledge and uses this information to guide their decisions and actions. A force doesn’t abandon this self-knowledge when expectations from the world and others aren’t in agreement. Figures like Kobe Bryant, Steve Jobs, Rockefeller, and Elon Musk are examples of forces. Forces tend to be described as “high-performers” and “passionate about what they do.” At times, they can be judged as “cold” and maybe arrogant, but contrary to this, forces see everyone as equals. They just honor the personal opinions they have of themselves and how they live above the opinions of the outside world. Someone who is a force may be described as someone with gravitas.
Becoming a force requires one to have and maintain internal peace which requires the skills and ability to quickly understand and eliminate undesirable emotions. This is one of the reasons why my work revolves around emotions.
